1. Report Infringement
- To submit a notice of IP infringement, you must be either the rights owner or an agent authorized by the rights owner to file reports on their behalf.
- Upon receiving your report, we will investigate the content or listings in question. All reports must be made in good faith and sworn under penalty of perjury.

- List of infringing products (URLs for each product detail page).
- List of infringing parties.
- Supporting documentation or any additional information, such as order IDs for test purchases, to aid in processing your report.
- Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email address).
- Any other relevant information required by law.
- We may request additional information before processing the report, including documentation verifying the claimed rights and ownership.
2. Report Copyright Infringement Using DMCA Notice
- If you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, you may submit a notice of infringement via email to support@upcentralstore.com. Please include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed or disabled and information to locate each material.
- Contact information, including address, phone number, and email.
- A statement affirming your good faith belief that the reported use is unauthorized.
- A representation that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Misrepresentation of material as infringing may result in liability for damages. If uncertain, consult legal counsel before filing a notice.
- If your notice is accepted, we will remove the content and take appropriate action against responsible parties. We do not disclose actions taken unless they are publicly available.
- Repeat Infringer Policy: We uphold intellectual property rights and will terminate repeat infringers as warranted.
3. Counter-Notice to Copyright Infringement Claim under DMCA
- If a content provider believes that removed material was mistakenly identified as infringing, they may submit a counter-notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury affirming the good faith belief that the material was mistakenly removed.
- Contact details (name, address, phone number, email) and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
- Upon receiving a counter-notice, we will act according to the DMCA.

5. Withdrawal of Report
The intellectual property owner or authorized agent who submitted a report may withdraw it by emailing support@upcentralstore.com. The withdrawal request must include the information of the original report, including the complainant’s details, the intellectual property previously claimed, and the material that is to be withdrawn.
